One argument I heard on the radio is that those vulnerable people in hospices could be taken advantage of, which I completely understand.

However, he then said something along the lines of 'as long as safeguards are put in place then there should be no problem'.

I personally would like the option to choose if I wanted to end my life or not. Would I go through with or not, hmm.

Could be open to abuse, especially those that will benefit financially, and what happens if they find a cure just at the point somebody has assisted someone else to die.

I agree that animals have more rights, you only have to look at how many they are allowed to carry in the lorries that are carting them off to the slaughter house, animals get more space than humans do on the London Underground.
